We’re proud to share that Coach Patricio has been serving on the USA Fencing Coaches Association Parafencing Task Force for over a year! Representing Northwest Fencing Center, he’s contributing his expertise to the development of certification materials, standards, and courses for new para coaches across the country.
With his background as the former national parafencing coach for Chile, Coach Patricio brings invaluable insight and international experience to this important initiative—helping shape a more inclusive and competitive future for the sport.
And there’s more! Thanks to the incredible support from Jed’s Chairs, Northwest Fencing Center now has four brand new parafencing chairs to better serve our athletes and expand parafencing opportunities in our community.
We’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the dedicated members of NWFC who helped facilitate the transportation of these chairs from the October NAC in Salt Lake City. Your teamwork and generosity made this possible! Our gratitude also goes to the Utah Fencing Foundation and the National Coaches Association.
