We require contact information (name, phone number, email address, etc.) and information about the Guest of Honor (name, birthday, age, etc.). Please provide a photo if you would like them featured on the in-house video screens during the party. At the time of the booking, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit. Deposits are applied to the party, event, or room rental balance and are fully refundable 30 days prior to the event.
