Facility

The NorthWest Fencing Center opened in February 2000, and is operated by the Salle Auriol Fencing Club,
which has been in existence since 1972. Salle Auriol has produced six U.S. Olympians, 26 national champions,
and its teams have won 21 national team championships.

The NorthWest Fencing Center features:

• Over 14,000 square feet
• 15 grounded 3-weapon metal fencing strips and 6 nongrounded strips
• Raised final strip
• Armory
• Weight training and fitness equipment room
• Locker rooms with showers
• Childrens play area

The NorthWest Fencing Center includes classes for children and adults at all levels of skill and experience,
as well as private lessons, beginning and advanced camps, armory workshops, and group parties.
